EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, assessing companies across Environmental, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement performance.
Champion has been EcoVadis certified since 2022, currently rated at the Silver level
Science Based Targets
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) — a collaboration between CDP, the UN Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI) and WWF — defines and independently assesses best practice in science-based target setting.
The SBTi defines and promotes best practice in science-based target setting and independently assesses companies’ targets.
Champion has committed to reducing absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030 (from a 2022 base year), and to measuring and reducing Scope 3 emissions.
United Nations Global Compact
Since 2025, Champion has been a committed participant in the UN Global Compact, embedding its Ten Principles — covering human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption — into our strategy and operations.
As part of our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices, Champion has embedded the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact into strategies and operations, and committed to respecting human and labour rights, safeguarding the environment, and working against corruption in all its forms.
United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles
Champion is committed to advancing gender diversity, both within our organisation and the communities where we operate. We actively encourage women to join Champion, and provide career path planning and mentoring to help them grow and thrive in their roles.
