Cast resin type bushings utilise moulded epoxy resins as insulation. Cast resin bushings are typically used for transformers, switchgear, electrical panels and capacitors.

Our system includes: Epoxy Resin, Curing Agent, Flexibiliser and Accelerator.

Our systems can be used for:

  1. Vacuum Casting

  2. Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG)

Our systems are designed to provide:

  • Excellent Electrical Insulation

  • Good Mechanical properties and toughness

  • Low Shrinkage

  • Short cycle times

  • Low Exothermicity during cure

Our systems can be used for:

  1. Class F

  2. Class H
